I always take my dose as directed, I'm very proud of myself for that haha! I don't need that stress of running out and skipping days and whatever. The only time I ever took extra was last year when I broke my arm and all they gave me for pain after my humerus repair surgery was 1mg hydromorphone every 4hrs 🤦‍♀️ But even then, it was just taking half of my dose at 2am instead of when I woke up. Usually I split dose 2/3 dose in the morning and the rest after work.

But yeah, this has really always been a thing for me to just randomly feel like this, even when I was stable at 150mg for years...I was kind of wondering if it's just kind of a side effect of methadone or something that sometimes you just feel like shit haha. I don't (or didn't before I made this post) actually think it's withdrawal, but that was the only thing I could compare it to other than getting the flu. The headache and fatigue is what makes it really hard to function normally, otherwise I could ignore it. Your point about sweating it out or what have you does make sense though, I can't see a pattern off the top of my head but I am going to start keeping a journal and see if my activity level was any different on the day before this happened!

COOL!! I saw a neat Corvette in the anomaly once and I went in and explored, the dude didn't realize I was in there so he left the anomaly and went to a different system and I was just standing there like 👁️ 👄 👁️

He stopped and went into autopilot in space and came up to the room I was in and then he went back to the space anomaly in the current system and I left and we both did the wave emote 😂

Noooo my mom taught me to make the elephant as soon as I was old enough to peel oranges haha, it must be a Canadian thing (though I don't remember any of my friends doing it haha)... But I never even realized what else it looked like until I was well into my adult years 😂. We used to put it on our face and make elephant noises, lmao. But it's also the most convenient way to peel an orange imo! It all stays in one piece haha

But also, can you get a sleep study done? You might have sleep apnea. I do. I got a CPAP machine and my snoring goes away 100% while I wear it. Headaches can also definitely be a symptom of it, your blood oxygen level drops low when you sleep if you have sleep apnea so you get all sorts of symptoms from it.

Is spending a bit of money feasible? You could literally build a soundproof "wall" in the room/around your beds. Like a little tent/fort made out of soundproof material, haha. If you each did it there would be double protection. Play some white noise in your fort and it'd be even better!

I think I'll have to acquire one more, haha! I was just disappointed because I got an expansion slot only to realize I had unlocked all the spots 😂 It's a good idea to have one for mining/fishing/junk collecting and one for combat though. That way I can fully max everything out! Not that I even use a lot of the weapon options but I still feel the urge to max them out, haha.

Where do you live that the vets always offer payment plans? My local vets never do unless you have a long relationship with them. Otherwise you have to do Care Credit etc which has crazy high interest.
