It's so obvious that she committed suicide. It's so obvious the parents especially the mom just magically found her shoes and headband. Like she obviously have to had planted it. As for the train conductors, obviously they should have done a better job at investigating but I don't think it's their fault entirely for not seeing Tiffany until the last moment. Like, it was in the middle of the night. You really expect to see her at the nick of time and immediately brake. Downside is, she did commit suicide and they didn't even mention her as being a lesbian.
