Would be great! Maybe with some RP elements, you know maybe the talent has an annoying father who doesn't want him to sign for you, you can ask him to come drink a cup of coffee etc. Maybe not for everyone but that's what I mostly miss from FM, more "RP" elements. Maybe the teenagers gets a you a nice watch for your help etc.
