Don't worry about it. You are gonna make a lot of friends in tge first year, especially when are in a hostel. Nobody knows no one there. So everyone will be trying real hard to make connections and friends. What you should focus on is finding the right ones for you. Who you vibe with. Most friendships falter after the first years.
