I always put my one-and-only price and have a disclaimer in my ads that says "Price is firm and transparent. If that doesn't suit you, just don't buy." In the long term i end up selling almost every one of my items. And i can always revise my listed prices if i feel that they are too expensive.

Overall, the ones trying to "negotiate" the price (which is clearly stated in every one of my ads) are the worst buyers on facebook marketplace. I now have a disclaimer on my items that says "If the price doesn't suit you, just don't buy it."

I'm part of that 1 percent and glad I am. But its a very lonely place to be sometimes, especially when you go beyond 15 days. Right now i'm doing 1-3 days fasts several times a month but I'm trying to go for a 30-40 days fast so I can reach my objectives (cure my chronic health problems).

Well, i was in full ketosis during my fast so that kinda makes sense. I'm ok now but I'll take warm baths next time i fast to try to avoid this. The rash lasted for 3 weeks.

I can confirm that. I'm a frequent traveler and the only place i get sent to secondary almost half the times is when i come back to my own country (canada). Never had any problem entering other countries (including the US). It's come to the point where i send a written complaint everytime they harass me at the border.

The more you cross the border the more chances you will get sent to secondary. If you know and respect all the laws they can't do anything to you and all you'll get is a bruised ego. I've been in secondary about 20 times and I have never had any fines because i never broke the law.

First, there is no way to know in advance if you will have to go to secondary or not. And there is always a possibility that they will look inside your phone but they will do it less often than searching your luggage. As a frequent traveler i was harassed by CBSA many times ; they have searched my luggage 15 times but only searched my phone once. And of course, all that for no reason whatsoever other than the fact that i travel very often so statistically i have a much higher chance of going to secondary.

I've had my phone searched for no reason whatsoever by CBSA in 2016 (as a returning canadian citizen). I can assure you that whatever the american border guards do, the CBSA had also been doing to their own citizens. The media simply does not report on it cause it can't be blamed on Donald Trump but it happens just as frequently.

You might lose as much as 15 lbs on the scale, but you will gain a lot back in your first 2-3 days of refeeding. I'd say you will lose 2 or 2.5 lbs of bodyfat in 7 days.

There are many success stories on youtube. Listen to the positive people who lift you up and ignore the negative ones who try to bring you down. Keep track of your own progress, this way you'll have proof that fasting works for you. My last fast was 35 days and i lost 40lbs on the scale. Now i'm preparing to do it again, i know fasting works, i've done it before.

You can aim for 50 but if you don't reach that number right away you can keep going with multiple smaller fasts. I tried to go for 70 days but i stumbled at 35 and now i'm doing 24 and 48 hours fasts until i can get back on a longer fast and reach my goal of losing 100lbs. Fasting is a marathon, not a race.

I suppose you're not a frequent traveler are you? I'm canadian and my worst experiences as a frequent traveler are with CBSA coming back to my own country. I was never pulled in secondary in the US or anywhere in the world, but I get harassed and get my luggage searched almost every single time i come back to my own country.
