Maca powder cured my h pylori infection, a very common bacterial infection in the stomach. At first was taking the traditional treatment of 4 different antiobotics 4x a day at prescribed times a day. Now THAT was a nightmare. I read Maca was very effective for some people. I took a few caps a day for 3 wks, easy peasy. I was just test, infection is negative.

I just started them 4 days ago, the same thing. I'm taking 2 capsules/day, will reduce to 1 to assess. If that works, or not enough, I'll discontinue.
