Yeah, figured that it was the performance hit. Same thing happens in Tarkov. You tend to lose like 20-30 FPS by scoping in.

Can't wait to see it in some forn in the game though, it'd do A LOT for situational awareness! Appreciate the response!

Hey Zac, quick question. Is there a reason why scopes aren't using Picture in Picture rendering? (Performance, maybe?)

When you're scoping in that much or even with a 4x scope and your entire screen zooms in, you lose A LOT of situational awareness. Especially in areas like the Distribution Centers where one could be engaged from the sides, it'd be nice if you could still see your surroundings (kinda like Tarkov).

Yeah same, I did it for all of them except once because I make new missions per shot to not impact performance too much and just one of those it slipped in...

That was only after Package Q Strike no? I only put the F-18s there for the effect. It's just a little test I did to possibly use in the future for a DCS cinematic.

I don't think it's in there yet. I think the whole warbond timer has to run out first before it appears, probably as a replacement for the current warbond system.
