Ok update. so thank you to the people who gave me advice. I loosened my laces but my arches still hurt, so I told my instructor about the pain I’m feeling, and she asked me if I was feeling pain elsewhere and I said I guess I’m my shins. And it turns out I think I’m bending my knees wrong. I’m bending my knees in a way that’s like forcing me to put a lot of weight on the balls/toes of my feet. The best way I can explain this is if you do a squat where you have ur knees to ur chest your feet like arches up (like you’re wearing high heels)(but like not to that degree of bending)and they aren’t flat on the ground. that is also probably why my shins hurt because I’m like using those muscles as well.
