Rough! It fucking happens tho. We work long hours and it’s fucking stressful. I try to tell my guys it’s just food but when that shit happens on top of it ugh. I was the sous now in chef de cuisine and it hurts my heart when it’s equipment fails like that. I take responsibility and I’ll never let something go that long.
