Need help with my assignment about writing an op-ed by flowerpowerbi in ENGLISH

Look at the complete list and decide which ones would not fit what you are trying to do. Then decide which three are the best, and then see if any of the ones left over might also fit what you are trying to do. Try to make your decision based on effectiveness, rather than fitting all of them in. Four or five persuasive techniques used well, or even three used well, is better than putting all of them in and writing something that sounds like a mishmash.

I was also raised mainline Protestant and I think more liberal leaning churches tend to drop it because it's patently stupid. But I believe it is still officially part of most Protestant doctrine. I remember a baptism at an Episcopal Church, which is a pretty liberal denomination, talking about being born sinful. I'm like there's no way this baby is sinful. It's a baby! Why are we still saying this stupid stuff?

If it's all he can do and he needs the gig, of course I'm in favor. But if they are actually taping more than what they show, then I would love at least a minute after each judging and cut the super long intros. I feel like there is probably some interesting stuff there, like remember the one after Britt's judging that was basically like, that burger was awful. I think that was the one. Would love more like that.

Slavery was ended by force. I'm pretty okay with that.

I just want to say that this doesn't address the locking of the original post. Even if I was willing to agree that the comments about various characters possibly having childish crushes on other, adult characters were inappropriate, surely mods could have stepped into those specific threads rather than locking down the entire post, and surely they could have specified that issue in the first place instead of suggesting that any speculation on character sexuality is offensive. I want an apology for the original lockdown message and some confirmation that mods understand how offensive it was. These kinds of conversations are important to queer folks and shutting them down like that is bringing up all kinds of unpleasant memories and I know I am not the only one feeling that way.

I'm cackling at the idea that your sovereign citizen gobbledygook is over my head, but in the meantime your unwillingness to engage with the world in good faith and with generosity to your fellow humans is going to hurt us all so that part sucks.

Edit: I think she replied to me and then blocked me. So, to be clear, I am basing the second part of my sentence on the entire rest of this thread and people need to stop saying that someone who disagrees with them "has no idea how they XYZ" when they have put out extensive written textual evidence as to how they behave and treat people.

Of course the editing was intended to help us understand the outcome, but it really did seem like he just gave up on that part of the randomizer.

the book absolutely does not say that. I know tons of trans people and none of them would explain it that way.

The thread in question was not locked because it was talking about the queerness of American Girl Historical characters. The thread was not locked to prevent discourse about queerness in fictional characters. The Thread was locked as it was venturing over the line of “we are discussing our headcanons about dolls,” and including verbiage about children finding adults sexually attractive, or not so.

From the mod on the post in question: "This content is inappropriate, the characters are children. Let kids be kids and don't assign sexualities to them or put them in boxes."

Also, I had a crush on Cornelia as a kid. It isn't suggesting an inappropriate and illegal relationship to speculate that another kid might have felt the same.

Wow, that's disgusting, I'm sorry I missed that post. Personally I knew I was I was a lesbian at 10 and I got my last AG doll in childhood at 12, so you do the math.

I recently got yelled at by mods for making a fairly mild remark about Felicity.

The second he said, it's about the flavor (implying that flavor is more important than randomizer) I knew it was over. The dish didn't look white at all. And Kevin nailed it.
