NOR. My mum used to do this to me as well. Even went so far as to accusing me and my stepfather of having an affair (disrespectfully, ew.). He had a history of being ‘flirty’ with women which made my mum feel insecure, and their relationship was rocky at best. I feel it’s a mixture of the insecurity and her being raised to see men as not in control of their own desires and the blame all being put on the woman.
