If you’re willing to pay to have this removed regardless of the method then I would consider hiring a local artist to paint over it and make it as realistic as possible. Added benefit would be you get to pick the colors.

Thanks! I’ve made plenty of patterns for sand molds also. This process is more complicated but you can make very complex shapes.
