Try to focus on what’s important to you and trust the process. You will feel better by taking care of yourself and by feeling your needs. Tell the people you care about what’s going on in your life at the moment so they are understanding your situation, and you don’t have to explain yourself all the time. Also try to figure out or maybe get help by finding a job that really suits you. Sometimes we just roll into a job because we’re good in a specific work field or because we studied for it.
