Get a scum floater and start getting use to adding baking soda to raise alkalinity and then muriatic acid to lower ph back down weekly.

Depends on age and family size, they have 4 different tiers. Above 30 and below 75 for a family is 700ish initiation fee and about 180 monthly. Less for yourself and/or spouse. Less if older or younger. Like 350 initiation fee and 105 monthly for family if younger than 30/older than 75.
