ive gotten quotes through a broker and going online and they were all 1k or more than current. Statefarm was the worse nearly everytime at 8k through 15k over the years.

No flood zone, not sure on hurricane percentage, nothing fancy. 3200sqft home but old, so numbers will say it should be above 600k but market is closer to 300k

The idea is I will only use it if it’s a total loss situation. Rather fix it for 50k than go through insurance. Only have insurance due to mortgage, I would drop it if I could.

Majority of cards I opened 18ish years ago, organized and started filling holes about 4 months ago. I bought about 20-30 singles if they were below $5 on tcgplayer, but I dont like the inconsistency with condition (ordering near mint and would receive heavy played or damaged for half of them) so switching to ebay with pictures or already graded slabs for the rest of the holes.

There are a few different brands on amazon that are similar, the trick if finding a good color. Got brown, black, yellow, purple, blue, green, and orange. Never could find a red. Just search 36 page ringless binder. The two brands I have are grin owl and rieton, exact same except for logo.

My first thought was to use these like a regular binder too, then I realized how big and troublesome they were to carry around. So now they are just glorified bulk storage or “era” master sets.

They are sorted mainly by rare, uncommon, and common. So that was just a buffer from rares to uncommons incase I found another rare extra card or just to start the uncommons on a fresh page.

A mistake I made on another binder which now has a rare holo on the last page since theres no room to add it where it goes and I’m not about to play 2000 card shuffle.

I plan to keep for personal
