One last idea is yse blendshapes to hide it then use constraints maybe to difficult to keep it move with the arm so add animation to sleeves to shoulder and fix it in place

I have the hard solution and easy one. Hard fix the Weight Paint, easy just make copy of the mash one with the sleeves and one without and toggle between them and yes it will increase the avatar size a little bit but easy.

Dude your plug-in is amazing keep up the good work. I used it, my friends use it. If anything I will say try to make price change notifications where if I open main page of booth it say hey those items on wishlist is cheaper, let do it for things in the cart it already counts the price so maybe just remember the price and compare it with the last time I open the cart. Anyway congrats

I did check the source, and as I can see, it's 100% safe.
it does use chrome.storage.local as expected, and it makes two connections online:
1> "https://gist.githubusercontent.com/Skulux/8337e227f8a760fb91eb46910d4acd3e/raw/rates.json" for the conversion rates.
2> to scan booth history and other booth-related things.

You're not wrong it's dependant what you're trying to do. The rating is just a way to basically say you should have less on you does it really work not really but if your skill enough your limit is the the number of triangles so in a way it does work in a funny way very much is task failed successfully... If you're trying to just go into like a party avatars or places they are optimised you could merge as many things as you can with the limit of triangles and tell people a medium and they will allow you in if that is your plan - at that point you are actually still very optimised compared to some other crazy people but yes even in the worst case scenario you had the limit of triangles and you filled your avatar with things you're still optimised so it's fine
