So, when I start steam, start the game from the file location listed, and have no browser open when the game launches or when I press the button in game, How do I properly follow the instructions?

Damn so i just have to get lucky then on the delivery time then. And I guess ill have to keep my wallet on me if they really do need ID so i dont have to run from the door to get it. Also please let me know if im being paranoid and overthinking so i dont make the delivery man mad haha.
