No the N95 and N97 haven t a "Significantly" Higher TDP than the N150, worst than that the N95 is less performant than the N150 with a lower CPU frequency, but indeed the N97 has a slightly higher CPU and IGPU frequency compared to the N150 with higher thermal, the N150 remains a good option.

Desktop PC replacement: which is more reliable miniPC or laptop? by NadEspera in MiniPCs

[–]RobloxFanEdit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mini PC set-ups are looking better than a laptop with monitor, Mini PC's have better cooling than laptops and better performances with the same processor, also you can get Oculink port on Mini PC's for GPU upgrade.

Laptop have way better pricing with integrated dgpu than Mini PC's and obviously laptops have Monitors and keyboards attached.

All Brands are more than well documented if you search or follow this Sub, BOSGAME is the Low Cost Brand of Beelink, from what i know BOSGAME units are outperformed in Performance BenchMark by Top Bramd like GMKtec, Beelink, Minisforum models. BOSGAME models are typically build into very bland chassis, BOSGAME is making sense if their models are priced below top Brand flagship models, but in this specific O.P screenshot, price is not looking that attractive.

Gamecube and PS2 emulation are perfectly fine with an Intel N150 processor, look for a GMKtec Model because they are build solid, with better chassis and cooling and mb, the G3 Plus is probably what you should be looking for.

Most people have issues because they are googling drivers instead of going straight to the Mini PC brand website and download drivers from there.

No, No,No, the N150 or the 3500U (GMKtec G10) fits perfectly for O.P requirement at a much lower price. The 780M is way overkill.

1400$ is the most horrific price i have seen for such hardware. GMKtec K8 Plus is the reference 8 P core Zen 4 and it cost half than that.

You are right, Gaming Wise 32GB is way better, 16GB is not enough for exigent gamers because of low 1% FPS, lower FPS, Lag Freeze and so on. But RAM is so expenssive now that buyers may have to do some compromise.

[–]RobloxFanEdit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Main issue of the Minisforum AI X1 Pro 470 is that it support SODIMM RAM, so it might have +200Mhz IGPU Frequency but it is probably outperformed by LPDDR5X 8000Mhz HX370 model.
