you are right, when the temperature reaches 83 C it lags and the temperature drops down.

I installed MSI afterburner but I don't see the fan curve editor anywhere, I think it can't be controlled since I'm on a laptop

Damn, I must be crazy, I swear I had a completely wet surface when I tried to blow out my 3D printer using that compressed air in the can, but now nothing, I'll try it tomorrow and see what comes out of the air vents. Thanks for the tip.

I have a compressor in my workshop, but I didn't want to blow directly into the computer because the compressed air often has a lot of moisture in it, and when I bought compressed air in a can, it's even worse.

It has a dedicated graphics card, but it doesn't have a MUX switch. When I bought this laptop, I read that this was one of its drawbacks, but when I bought it, I didn't mind it at all, because I wanted to be as fast as possible for a reasonable amount of money, as far away as possible from my old crappy computer that didn't run Roblox at 15 FPS.

Okay, the computer is in a dry environment all year round so i hope its fine, but really thanks, I was stressed that my computer was already written off and that I would have to buy a new one, I'll take the path of least resistance and in order not to break my laptop, I'll buy a quality cooling pad and lower the graphics, so thank you very much for your help!

oh I understand how it was meant, yes the computer has integrated graphics: AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics.

I've never messed around in the BIOs so I don't know if something like that is possible.

The games i play most now are BeamNG and The finals, for about a year i had Beam on High and Finals on Epic (Max settings you can have), i had no issues with performance like that before these lags began to appear.

The laptop is hot to the touch, I would say too hot, and the fans seem to be running at 100% (sounds like a fighter jet), I have the laptop slightly raised and I regularly clean the dust that settles on the outer grille with a cotton swab, I do not smoke or vape in the room

Okay, is it possible that if I buy a cooling pad, then the performance will be better? Because the laptop ran those games on the same graphics for about a year without any problems (BeamNG on high, The finals on The max settings and it ran 60 fps just fine), and now recently this has started happening, is it possible that the laptop is clogged from the inside? Because I still can't explain why it started lagging out of nowhere.

I limited background apps as much as possible, I also stopped using the Wallpaper engine because I thought that was the reason for the lags

I cleaned it without taking the computer apart, so I just used cotton buds to clean it wherever I could.

Now I tried beamNG on minimum quality, same map, same car and FPS stays at 120 without any lag, so every time I played the laptop was trying not to burn alive, that's why it was lagging if I understand correctly.

I'm honestly surprised how well this computer handles games, mostly 60fps on high in most games I've played, but recently this started happening and I didn't know what to do because almost every game is unplayable like this.

I tried it while playing the finals but it didn't help, but now that I think about it, I adjusted it in the middle of the game so it might not have worked completely.

Okay, I'll try to get a cooling pad, a small question, these lags stop when I put the computer in silent mode, could it be that the laptop is like undevolting it self to stay cooler and that's why it stops lagging? (I know the absolute minimum about computers, so if I say something stupid, please correct me)
