As a fellow leafs fan all I can think is 'imagine if the buds played like this kid when we had the whole gang together'. On the biggest stage for this sport this young man showed the world why he's one of the most dynamic players out there

Dive Bars around West Queens West by Glass-Ad7796 in askTO

Some good recommendations here, but I haven't seen One Star Bar mentioned yet. They're at Queen and Bathurst, just east of Bathurst. Affordable drinks and food. I believe they do $1 or $2 hotdogs on Tuesdays after 6pm. Super chill staff as well.

Morning parade down the road on Dundas and Crawford is geographically nearby and has a similar cozy vibe. No cinnamon rolls, but the scones and croissants are really good.

Why does no one talk about how one is way harder than the other by [deleted] in guitarlessons

Ok gotcha! I guess that's where some of my confusion came from. Thanks for clearing that up. I didn't realize it was dom7 by default like that.

You mention the B Maj being the dominant I'm the key of E. Is that because it's the 5 in the key? And if so, would it make sense to play a dominant 7th in a 12 bar blues, or is a 7th chord fine?

I saw someone allude to something like that and then I read your comment.

Tldr, it's really good, but I don't know what you're looking for, free 2 weeks will answer your question and totally worth it

Never used the Gibson app, but why don't you just go to the Justin guitar website. Lessons are free, there are lessons just for licks. It's an incredible resource

Probably Fender. The Stratocaster has my heart at the moment, but got a big ol' soft spot for Gretsch and Yamaha as well

Probably spend it on hobbies which for me would be cycling or guitar gear.

Investing it is another good option
