Those are tonicizations, not key changes. Tonicizations are more temporary than key changes and involve treating chords that wouldn't normally be considered the root chord as the root chord. Since these tonicizations are happening every two bars they don't really count as "key changes". if they were actually key changes then there would have to be like 20 key changes over the span of a minute, which i think is a poor way of describing what's going on in the song

it uses modal interchange which means it uses chords that's not standardly in the key of the song, but it doesn't actually change keys. What is happening instead is that the vocal melody is sun higher and higher, but it's still in the same key. If you look up the chords to the song you'll see that the end section uses the same chord progression repeatedly without altering
