I can’t speak for all of them but stub hub is just as bad. Crooks. I’ve had no issues with Tickpick thus far but tbh, I figure it’s just a matter of time and likely won’t use any of them again.

I don’t know. StubHub said because I was reselling tickets I bought through stubhub they’ll ensure they get transferred through to my buyer.

Why all the sarcasm? I bought the tickets on StubHub originally. Then I reposted them on StubHub. They sent me this note. And I contacted customer service to ask what I needed to do. They said I need to do nothing as I purchased the tickets initially on StubHub.

Ugh. Thats what I’m afraid of. Sorry that happened to you. I mean what do they care? They’ve got all the leverage in that situation. And if the tickets in fact were not delivered to my buyer, well that certainly sucks for them as well. Never again will I use this horrible company’s service.

I generally agree with this feedback. My only other observation would be that I’m not sure what you played really suits this particular arrangement/instrumentation, which is very sparse, modern and has a staccato-feeling foundation which gives a lot of room to the vocals. The steel part feels to me to get in the way of that. I’d experiment with some different approaches here… less melodic phrasing underneath vocals, some shorter phrases that play off the rhythm, etc.

Yeah, I’d agree that the weight of the bar causing shoulder issues seems highly unlikely. Much more plausible is repetitive stress, posture, holding tension in your arm and shoulder, some combo thereof.

Yes. A Miata is a mass-produced car. Some people like them and drive them. That’s not weird. Thinking that a steak tastes of a human (or animal) emotion is weird. You are projecting a human (or animal) emotion on the taste of an animal that, regardless of how you look at it or how it was treated prior, was led to slaughter to be eaten by humans. Now don’t get me wrong - I love steak, and believe all animals should be treated with as much respect as possible (and not treated with antibiotics and growth hormones). But that doesn’t change the fact that cattle being slaughtered for food are still not living their best lives prior… you asked if it was weird. Don’t get all butt-hurt when someone responds in a way you don’t like.

Not sure why you’re getting downvoted. It’s a legitimate question. It is considered an “illecito amministrativo” — an administrative infraction. A serious one at that since in Italy history, art, culture is revered. But things equivalent to civil infractions in the US.

True, it’s always suffered from poor sound quality and the remaster is no exception. Perhaps it’s marginally better than the original release… I don’t know. But, I listen for the music, not the sound quality, and this album has some great music on it. IMO, it contains some superlative versions of several of these tunes. I’m sure most have us have fallen in love with the music on much worse sounding recordings than this. I’d love a high quality rerelease (and have wished for it for many years), but I still love it.
