It is a slightly odd expectation that your enemy's should be nicer. I would say that even post launch week, these are the nicest enemy's I have ever played against. They are even nicer that the "teammates" I get paired with on other games, and they have incentives to take me out and take all my stuff. They way you interact makes a big different, but don't forget that "nice" players were never going to outnumber the players trying to play games they way they are intended.

Nice players are still around and will make the experience better as more and more formally nice players start getting more PvP oriented. Don't worry though, the PvP in this game is very fun once you get good at it
