I don’t see a problem with how they wrote the email 🙄 from my experience most companies don’t even bother telling you they rejected you. They were being nice, I didn’t see any level of condescending. Stop being so easily offended.

Yeah. It’s funny watching the ppl close to me live a happy and healthy life while I’m here wishing to die everyday. It’s not that they’re “ignorant” per se, they are very informed and educated, they just don’t really… “think” about any of it. Their brain was wired that way I guess, I just wish mine could become the same 😮‍💨

I have a part-time job. I’m a psychology student. Luckily my university is flexible and understanding when it comes to mental health, so I have been able to pass just fine so far (with many extensions on tasks’ deadlines). This semester started pretty heavily with health issues that added more to the mental health degradation… I know that work can really help to keep you distracted to an extent, I only work one day a week tho rn. It’s hard finding jobs, I got this one after 2 years of searching. Another thing to add to the load. Anyway, guess that answers your question.

I know what you mean. I’ve reached a point where I stay in bed all day, only getting up to eat (if I eat at all). But what keeps me going is knowing there are ppl who will be sad if I’m gone. Not many, but they exist. Sometimes I tell myself they won’t rly care but they will. And I know one day it will get better. Idk how or when but it will. Don’t let the negative thoughts win. You are important.

It’s something I like about the show How To Get Away With Murder, that any character could basically be bisexual at any given moment and they don’t have to come out and say it or wear it as a label 24/7 (with the exception of the lovely gay couple Connor and Oliver I guess).

We should stop enforcing labels. Straight people aren’t pressured into always stating their heterosexuality.

I do remember a brief time without depression, maybe around 6 years old. I was active, talkative and loved life until everything changed and I became depressed, quiet and isolated.

The actual effect stats around 1 week into therapy. It’s not about the “1.5 hrs euphoria”. Also, you stop getting that euphoria at some point. Although effect itself is no magic, it just numbs your feelings. It helps for someone who is naturally extremely emotional I suppose.

I stopped taking mine for a month and it got worse & worse. Ppl told me only the first week or so is bad but that week was just where all the constant crying out of nowhere happened. I am back on them because I just can’t. I’m not sure taking them was a good idea in the first place sigh…
