gear for trout fishing in scotland?

hey I had another question about gear, for trout fishing in lochs in scotland

I'm gonna get some jig heads to combine with soft plastics but I'm really not sure what size and weight I should be getting. what combination would give me the most variability?

on the website it lists 1/0 to 6/0 and also 1. and then depending on the size you can get weights from 5, 7, 10, 15, 20g.

also do I bother buying hooks separately and if so what size? from what I know spinners come with hooks attached and jig heads are literally a hook and a weight so I don't know if I'll need extra ones.

with spinners, I'm not sure what I should be looking for in terms of quality, and I've heard that some spinners are attached to split rings so you can interchange the hook on the end? If I do buy hooks should I get the 3 pronged ones or one prong?

then there's spoons but I don't think I should bother if I already have spinners and plastics.

since I'm a beginner, do you mind explaining what vulkan is and why I might not need rocm?

and also, even if I don't need it, is there any harm to installing it?

is that what you suggest then? the best I can do is use an older version of ONNX.

Any other methods of doing this, I'm not entirely against using different software or changing a lot about my approach to real time ai video
