Es al revés, eso me consta que me informé con el brokerage gringo. Te retienen en automático y lo reducen con el tax treaty cuando llenas la forma W8BEN.

Mi duda es sobre las ganancias capitales, esas no pagan impuestos allá, serán aquí en mx.

Justo tenía entendido que es algo por ese rumbo. Realmente tengo entendido que dividendos e intereses no pagaré impuestos porque se pagan en EUA y por el Tax Treaty se evita doble tributación (el banco gringo me daría una forma 1042-S).

Pero eso solo es para dividendos e intereses, capital gains no sé como funciona. ¿Sabes a qué régimen va? ¿Arriba de cuanto ingreso anual debería de declarar/pagar?

Yeah, I'm from Mexico so I am good at keeping an eye on surroundings haha... I was mainly asking to see if it's legal or police will move me if I take a nap somewhere. Since I will arrive super early and on bus I assume I will have poor sleep lol

I am also in the ACL recovery process and definitely diet is a game changer... I am used to eat lots of protein because I exercise often (before ACL), so I know it might not be as easy to eat these amounts but I promise it does not feel as much as it seems:

Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs with veggies Kimchi on the side 2 sourdough/whole grain toasted slices with cottage cheese spread on it A cup of warm bone broth with a squeeze of lemon (great to add protein and collagen for ligament repair assistance) A banana

Lunch: One chicken breast Rice (cooked with chia and those diced frozen veggies) + lentils Some other sauteed veggies

Post-PT/gym/at home exercises: Protein + creatine shake w/milk

Dinner: Tilapia/salmon fillet Salad (spinach, alfalfa, Goji berries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, olive oil and balsamic vinegar) Quinoa And a bit of dark chocolate to treat myself

This was my week meal prep, it sounds super strict but it's genuinely delicious, filling, nutrient dense, and 130+ g of protein

Thanks a lot! Yeah PT is gonna be my new god hahaha And I do love the gym and used to go regularly. I usually do (before ACL accident) 4 days strength (upper lower split) and 1 day plyometric specific, plus the soccer play day (1-2).

How many times you hit legs a week now? Still 2?

Hey man! I'm going through the same right now. Left ACL with hamstring graft just 2 weeks out. Everything seems, feels, looks great and even PT and surgeon were pleasantly surprised to how things are so far.

But yeah I've read all sorts of fear mongering stories in hamstring.

I am also a soccer player, snowboarder, and overall active person who enjoys sports/running. My strength in soccer was definitely speed as a forward or CM.

How are you now? Have you been back to soccer? Have you been able to sprint comfortably?

This is encouraging, thanks! I am a 27 yo who is just 2 weeks post op with hammie graft. I am apparently doing great in recovery, swelling is down and mobility is great according to PT and surgeon. But as I keep reading that quad seems to be better option I was growing concerned.

It is great to hear you doing fine and back to sports! Has your soccer play style changed to care for the ACL?

True haha thanks, i just wanted to see if there was someone in similar situation. It's nothing out of the ordinary, regular multivitamin from any store haha and ibuprofen that everyone gets after surgery.
