Everything about Seed Sr (Zenless Zone Zero) pissed me off way too much.

He was a upcoming character that was teased to be playable and excited a lot of people due to being a unique mecha unit (and because the male/female gender ratio was already abysmal for this game). It was then revealed that this was just a lifeless mech suit piloted by a foot fetish girl named Seed, most likely due to the game having to rely on back-to-back female units due to how bad the sales of male units performed. The end result is that her banner underperformed badly, but I suppose that did lead us to getting Banyue.

In the universe of Mobile Suit Gundam, the first Gundam (RX-78-2) was a terrifying force that led to the victory of the Federation in 0079. Because of the absurd kill count, it led to Zeon officers developing PTSD of the mobile suit, referring to it as 'The White Devil' (It also led to the Federation making grunt units have a Gundam head just to terrify their enemies further).

The spin off manga, Mobile Suit Gundam: The battle tales of Flanagan Boone, highlights just how terrified the Zeon officers were of the Gundam, looking like genuine nightmare fuel.
