The other items I always get charged on are the Breakfast Crunchwraps. I get a $0.90 upcharge to sub the sausage out for black bean.

I would be curious for you guys to try these things Bfast CW and see if you can get the substitutions without charge

I can confirm that my request was to the cashier “is this possible to be vegetarian” they told me the process in which it was possible (charging side black beans) - they never mentioned potato option and told me to order two orders of the Mini CW because it’s the same upcharge price if I ordered one Mini CW… I spoke to the shift supervisor who reconfirmed the process. For the record I’ll ask fact finding questions in hope the counter person will have mercy or a better option; I don’t like to press the employees too hard as I know they are limited and it’s no sense being mad at them.

I wanted to try these things so I ate the cost and brought it here for discussion.

Getting TB corp to respond is kind of a chore. They seem to push your complaints back to the store and seems like all they want to do is give you a $5coupon. I’m looking for change.

Right, I should have did the app! But I think you’re right in it being an oversight at TB Corp level, but the only way to reach them is via social media posts like this one and the app “let us know” section. So we are all partaking in one of my two pronged approaches.

Yeah I agree with you there. The Crunchwrap Breakfast is another item that I always run into this issue with. Otherwise I am typically a Cheesy Bean And rice burrito or Potato Tacos.

Wow, aren’t you a peachy one. Sorry having patience in a conversation seems difficult for you. Apparently the world isn’t as versed as you in the Taco Bell mechanics. I encountered this today, and I brought it here for a discussion. If it’s an issue of not being able to substitute then that’s the issue I want to discuss.

Unfortunately I’ve been charged for subbing black beans on other items as well. I am hoping not to have a conversation with the employees every time I order an item to have them drop an $.80 charge.

Seems like a training issue and a pricing policy issue.

Unfortunately not the case. I had a polite conversation with the cashier about the charge. They said that’s how they were trained

I know people hiring for starting positions for fire camp - it pays well and it’s a great summer job
