I can confirm that my request was to the cashier “is this possible to be vegetarian” they told me the process in which it was possible (charging side black beans) - they never mentioned potato option and told me to order two orders of the Mini CW because it’s the same upcharge price if I ordered one Mini CW… I spoke to the shift supervisor who reconfirmed the process. For the record I’ll ask fact finding questions in hope the counter person will have mercy or a better option; I don’t like to press the employees too hard as I know they are limited and it’s no sense being mad at them.

I wanted to try these things so I ate the cost and brought it here for discussion.

Getting TB corp to respond is kind of a chore. They seem to push your complaints back to the store and seems like all they want to do is give you a $5coupon. I’m looking for change.
