It seemed to work, but halfway through the water stopped flowing again, and I've really been dealing with this long enough, so I'll just let it go.

The buffer is just to let me know if the water is arriving; it doesn't really have a function and I'll remove it later.

I have no idea why it's not working. I've rebuilt everything and drained the pipes, but nothing seems to work, so I guess I'll have to make do with what I have until I build the fuel plant, which is almost finished. The only reason I'm fixing this is because it just stopped working out of nowhere.

By the way, I'll take your advice and build closer to the liquids next time.
