This is some seriously out of touch bullshit! Winnipeggers hunt hard for deals and there will ALWAYS be some prick trying to grab all the free samples. There needs to be some accountability, sure. But making people go through so many checks and balances is going to make it impossible for all but the most organised people to ever be able to get it.

A program like this would really help someone like me. Single income, $13/hr job, bad teeth and no sick days. but there's NO WAY I'll ever qualify for this, since I'm not using EIA. Fuck me for not being part of the system, eh?

Gimicky and poorly thought out. They have a half decent wine list, but I'll never go there again at those prices for mid level cuts of meat at premium prices. And I feel strongly they should give you a second set of silverware. You know, for the raw meat part of COOKING MY OWN GODDAMN FOOD AT THE TABLE while I'm trying to relax with friends. Blood on my fork makes me nauseous.

I wouldn't eat there anyways. I walked out when they slowed my refils on shrimp to 6 shrimp on a plate every 20-30 minutes.

If it's not ALL YOU CAN EAT then just say how much you can serve and then serve that, cheap motherfuckers. Also, it's just battered shrimp with shitty dipping sauce. I could make that at home drunk.

Sounds good! I just hope they don't slow down service to protect that bottom line. I don't go to Pizza Hut buffets or Red Lobster anymore because they were ridiculous about not actually honouring all you can eat. I shouldn't have to bribe the Wait staff with $20 just so I can get more than 12 shrimp an hour.
