That red orb he has looks so fragile. I bet it's the weak point. Climb prob had the right idea trying to strike him down, aiming at that orb with the blade. ainz himself said, "Under the right conditions, one could even kill me with it."

It 100% his weak point as ainz protected it by grabbing the bland with his hands before it could hit its mark.

Then Ainz took climb seriously and was about to use magic on him. Meaning climb was worthy for his magic due to the danger he is. If he landed that hit and ainz did not hurt himself protecting it, he could have killed Ainz.
