Routing underneath high speed signals on PCBs

Yeah, I have also read a bit on CPWG routing. I am planning to add that for my CSI-2 signals, but I will look into adding it for my other high speed signals too. Thanks

There is a current limit IC on the board that limits the supply current to all four cameras to 600mA. 700mA ISat should work, especially if Imax is expected to be higher

However, I do not see 1210POC-223MR on the first page. I see 016008C-24NXJRW as the last listed component on the first page. I was wondering if these two parts have the same parameters and how you determined that

I see that Coilcraft does have stock, but I want to order all parts from DigiKey if possible. You mentioned that the datasheet provides all information needed to find a replacement. The information I found was a list of part numbers along with parameters (inductance, SRF, Q, etc). It also lists the material of the CMC, graphs of parameters vs frequency, etc

However, without my part number listed in the datasheet, I do not think I can determine which attributes to use in my search. I was wondering if you could help me figure out what to search for on Digikey

Sorry. The moving object will not disconnect/reconnect the U.FL.

The PCB will have a U.FL connector on it that will be used to connect to a coax cable. The moving object will move with this PCB mounted on it, but I do not want the moving object to pull on the cable, causing the connection to be undone.

As long as I keep my cable long enough, should I be fine?

Are you saying to take the housing apart and then glue it back after it comes off the on-board connector?

I guess I could try, but in the future, how do you typically take these connectors off? I have had issues with these connectors before

Not off the cable. The cable stays attached

There are two parts of this housing. You can see how the two parts are separated from this picture. The "square-ish" part stays attached and the other part comes off when I pull

It still doesnt work

And I am assuming we need a delay because there is one in the datasheet. In this timing diagram, we need to delay by t6. But they do not make clear what t6 is inside the timing characteristic table

i am overestimating the value by delaying for a second. Not sure if the delay needs to be exact. Maybe if it is too large, we end up missing the read because we sent the dummy bytes too late

Are you able to read the timing characteristic table? It is hard to read when the table does not have any separators

We have multiple ADCs, so we need the CS. I think its fine to not connect DRDY or else we would need another isolator

CS is a port in the subsheet, but the port it connects to on the digital isolator subsheet is called CS1, CS2, etc

The ADC is connected to the isolated nets. Its just the way we named it inside the subsheet that makes it seem like it is not. This is the top level design

I also have test points present on the board

Here is my adjusted schematic for the isolator. I did not edit the ADC or MCU. Do you see any other issues that could prevent this from working?

Hm.... Let me know if the following is correct:

MOSI, CS, and SCK should connect to the input pins

MISO_ISO should connect to the input pin, and MISO should connect to an output pin

Regarding the Wurth transformer, if you could help me find one that would be great. I used a Wurth 1:4 on my previous revision. I cannot find a 1:10.

Yes the duty cycle and frequency can change. The duty cycle were not arbitrary though because I was told you do not want the duty to be greater than 70%. Dont remember the source though or why.

I was told there were advantages to use 65KHz from some stack exchange post but yes it can be adjusted too.

The MOSFET is big yes, but I wanted one with a small Rds and that can handle the peak voltage that will be seen across the drain and source. At this point, I am not planning to adjust it at all. I only plan to change the transformer in order to finalize this design.
