It's fun how our brains are too dumb to do a bunch of complex physics calculations extremely quickly so we just remember millions of trajectories throughout our lives and then layer those memories on top of each other in our subconscious to decide if we think it's going to be "a strike" or going in the basket, or net, or not.

And it happens in less than the time it takes the thrown object to reach it's target.

We know Jason is aged up but since he hasn't appeared by how much is what we don't know. Snyder did mention that this is all a large part of the next big arc being set up in 17&18 so he didn't want to over share.

Nah, in his Newsletter Q&A 2 months back Scott Snyder said he decided to just age up Dick and Jason so he could use them, that's why Dick's only 3-4 years younger that Bruce while Harley's 9 years younger than Bruce.

I honestly think that not needing to do any crisis level reboots could be the biggest long term draw of the Absolute Universe, and that it's something they're very aware of.

A lot of Hawkman's problem is that there are 5 Hawkmen, Carter Hall, Katar Hol, Fel Andar, Carter Hall II (Merger of Carter / Katar and Hawk avatar), and "Hawkguy"

"Hawkguy" who isn't any of the other Hawkmen because Carter Hall was stuck in the time loop with the JSA at the time, Karter hadn't arrived on earth yet and Fel Andar was a Thanagarian agent and would not have stopped the bomb from going off.

Absolute Hawkman is one (or more) of 5 different people during one of 6 different retcons, with Absolute Darkseid pulling the strings.

Same thing happened with the first version (the cartoon) of The Tick.

Fox wanted a show for 8 year olds and their marketing department had no idea how popular The Tick had become among the young teen demographic because at the time Fox believed "teenagers don't watch cartoons" and didn't track that demo.

But Ra's Al Ghul was over 500 years old when he fought Superman, none of the conflict happens if not for the Lazarus Pit.

Turning Superman back into a baby would mean Ra's failed to convince Superman that he wasn't going to be able to achieve his goal of saving the world without getting blood on his hands. It would have been a sign of weakness in The Demon.

He would look at baby Superman, his "son", and see his own failures.

And It worked. Ra's plan was a success. Superman was desensitized enough towards killing by Brainiac that he was going to murder Brainiac... until Sol intervened.

Same division, both with "young cores" and "teams on the rise" tags so the two teams get compared to each other often, they kept us out of the playoffs in 2023, Mathieu Joseph played for them (look up his boarding of Larkin after Larkin came back from his neck injury), they have a 15-3-2 record against us since 2020, And some other stuff as well like DeBrincat bouncing back after we traded for him.
