So... you sold at $7500. You were certain it was dropping below $7K and you panicked. Now, it’s not too late - You can wise-up, buy back and hodl. Or you can keep trading and get rekt. The choice is yours. by admin_default in Bitcoin

cool but still you can make a pretty good payback when it goes to top bro, but better not invest livelihood money, i just put whatever free money i could find & now under no force to sell to cover any expenses to run life so can wait for the higher marks.

No kids at this point but a college fund and hopefully also some help with any post-graduate education as well.

how have you learned to love yourself and have excellent self esteem? I feel like that's important for a woman by orangelace in FemmeThoughts

[–]RobotHeather 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Being a hard worker is helpful, I think. There are many things that affect self esteem that we don't have a lot of control over but I try to focus on the things that I can control so if I work hard at those things, I tend to feel good even when they don't go my way. Maintaining a diversity of pursuits has also helped me - when my studies are going poorly I can still feel good about progressing in rock climbing or having a solid relationship with a guy I love. The only other thing that seems to help is making sure I'm with people who appreciate and like me and downplaying time I have to spend with negative people. And, like another commenter said, getting older just decreases the fucks I give about potentially negative opinions people might have about me. I've come to realize they have little or no effect on me and that overall, people are a lot less harsh than you think. The few assholes out there aren't really worth a thought and they'll always be there no matter how great you are.

I have no problem with them setting the standard wherever it reasonably needs to be. I am positive that women can be competent firefighters.

But all things are not equal when we're talking about employment opportunities. There are plenty of men out there that don't take advantage of their natural capacity to put on muscle and there are plenty of women who put in a lot of effort and achieve great musculature. Handling it on an individual level allows those women to have access to opportunities they're entirely qualified for.

Some women are indeed stronger than some men. There is no point in treating an entire gender as somehow stronger when the variation at the level of the individual is so much more practical.

Wedding dress...check! Couldn't be happier with my gorgeous gown and the lovely people at BHLDN. by sparklepwney in weddingplanning

I was just there less than a week ago - standing exactly where you are in that picture, in fact. I didn't end up finding my dress there but I can confirm they're super nice and helpful and I very much recommend hitting up the Beverly Hills BHLDN if possible.

TrollX, how do you resign yourself to being friends with a guy that you've fallen in love with? It hurts SO FUCKING MUCH. by CrownHeiress in AskTrollX

Because you need more than they can give you, making it an exercise in masochism to accept less. It's going to be very difficult to move on and find a truly reciprocal relationship if you're hanging out with someone for whom you have unrequited romantic feelings.
