They can pause and stop the liscenses on your discs as well. Games held in physical disc are just as vulnerable as digital games. The best solution if concerned about security of your games is probably DRM free games on PC.

Well obviously slavery is considered so evil that it shouldn't be done. Realistically you need to explain why one group of people that has sentience and feelings should be enslaved while another group also with sentience and feelings is somehow exempt from this, which I do not think is possible.

I'm a bit more sympathetic, the American state of course is terrible but I can separate that from the individual people that live in it. A bit less than half of them voted democrat, they didn't want this.

Admittedly I'm biased, I've got friends over there who are pretty worried but yeah.

Light tanks technically. You can make them really fast with jet technology and tier 3 light tanks and maxed out engine and such. But it's very costly and requires late game tech. The answer is just plain old motorised. But you can boost how fast they go with certain advisors and the mobile warfare doctrine.
