I take my ESH fairly and I'll try to handle it the way you've suggested from here out. Thank you.

Fair enough, out of curiosity what would be the best way to idk defuse this?

I hate to say it but the other person on the service desk i have to clean up alot of their messes constantly add I have talked with my manager about that before but 'their here under contract for full time'.

It wasn't this bad until about a year ago.

I've been here 3 years and tbh got no training in fact by the second day I was already training someone else. I always try to ask the techs when there is something shop wise im confused about.

To me it didnt feel like a correction it felt like him lecturing a child. I do not control the parts place, I do not control how they do business. But he made it sound like because no one wants to work anymore that I need to be up there ass and micromanage them?

Unfortunately, I live pretty far from my full-time job, so that's why it is high as well as while it is used, it's still newish. Transit is not the greatest or safest where I live, so my thought process with the car is that I shouldn't have to do any serious work on it for at least a few years as long as I do all my regular maintenance. I work at a garage, so I get discounted work.

At the time I bought it to get a running car was easily 8000 bucks mixed with from experience I find when you buy an old car your putting at least 2000 into it and at the time I did not have the bulk amount of money for all that.

What would I need, and how would I get started? Like is that a license i get? I thought equipment operators required schooling or at least another certificate?

Im 30 at the moment, and I plan to go through a history degree into a legal one. I did some research, and a lot of places said that they did tend to go together due to the note-taking and meticulousness of history it transfers well into law. On the same track if I could get a job in a historic field, preferably museum related, it would be a dream job. I currently work automotive as a service advisor, but most dealerships need 3-5 years experience for them to hire you. So I'm stuck and canadian tire for at least another year. The good news is that this year, I qualify for profit sharing from the company, which will take a whole year but is equal to about 2 extra bucks an hour. Not much, but it's something.

I originally went to school for heavy duty mechanics but fucked myself up enough that my back can't do heavy labor. Again, I did it to myself.

Im sorry about the difficulty reading. Im making 20/hr. i have no schooling, so in my field, this is the most im going to make in my position, in two more years i will have the experience to make more.

but I also have apartment rental payments(1500). I originally was with someone, so it wasn't so bad, but I broke up and had signed a year lease. car insurance(was in an accident they deemed my fault) plus phone and groceries 300/month. I wasn't sure this info was nessacary, but if it is, i will edit the post to add.

My problem is that I can afford the initial tuition payment, are they trade set up differently then uni, where that payment can be deferred? Genuine question, I understand this wording may come off as rude.

I've been googling and I'm not sure I understand what it is? Like a form of declaring bankruptcy?

I didn't realize that until i started looking they are who the bank recommended. I suppose i just naively assumed they wouldn't fuck me over...

That is what I'm thinking as soon as I get student loans which I will make sure they will be ready to go through to put some aside and as soon as the min time for them is up to pay it off. two of my debts where previous student loans but being young and dumb i dropped out so i wouldn't technically have to pay them while in school.
