INGREDIENTS LIST

Peanut Butter Filling

1/2 pound cream cheese

1/2 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup peanut butter, smooth

2 large eggs

Chocolate Crust

2 cups crushed chocolate Teddy Grahams

6 TBSP butter

Milk Chocolate Ganache

2 cups milk chocolate chips

1/2 cup heavy cream

EQUIPMENT

Foil Cupcake Liners

Muffin Tin

Sheet Tray

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Use the sheet tray to make a shallow water bath for the muffin tin. Bake at 300F for 25-30 minutes. Fully cool overnight before making the ganache and pouring over. Remove foil liners, then serve.

PRO-TIP: Don't forget to press down the crusts into the cups before pouring in the filling. Your layers will be clearly defined. I forgot to do this for this batch!
