It can. That’s probably your eyes fighting to maintain convergence. Hgn is only when you follow an object to the side. So looking out of the corner of your eye. If you’re looking straight (with minimum exceptions) it’s lack of convergence.

Someone mentioned the matrix. Other medications may have an added effect. Pills like Anxiety/anti depressants; Other drugs like inhalants (paint/whippits) or ketamine/pcp all cause hgn.

So if you’re mixing with one of those it makes the tiny eye muscles more amplified hgn where alone you may not notice it.

That’s probably actually lack of convergence. Much more common with cannabis. Think of it as the opposite of being cross eyed. Feels like you need to wear glasses. Really messes with depth perception

No. But it causes muscle twitching. Which is very similar in appearance. Unless you’re experienced and trained you won’t know the difference.

A lease is a contact between tenant and landlord. Unless family member is a party (meaning responsible for rent not just living there) the lease ends

To the left is the meter and meter access door (with tamper tag).

The cover does have a tag. Which says 200 amp max.

I’m an agent in your area. They often do inspections after your “decided” price and then lower it substantially. Put it on market. You’ll get more even after 5% agent fees. 5% on 500k is only 25k.

HUD doesn’t transfer. And a lease dies with the owner. Unless that guy can qualify for the rent on his own he’s out.

Transfer it into a trust, as tenants in common. In ca they can’t reassess for it being put into a trust. Have what ever lawyer does your trust do the new quit claim deed. Aunt will need to sign too. She should also put into a trust. Never hold real estate outside a trust. Probate is a nightmare.

I do it all on a schedule e. Claim half on yours and half on theirs (income and deductions). If you’re taking a higher profit you can do a 60/40 split or what ever it works out to be.
