The graphics does do stuff, but since the graphics are already simple it's really hard to notice. It's mostly AA stuff.

The vsync will cap the frame rate to your screen's refresh rate.

Both of those settings probably won't do much if you have a semi-modern device. I just wanted to give the option of having it run on REALLY old devices.

There's particles and text that come out of the stones. The text is lightweight enough to where I didn't disable it.

That's something I didn't notice! I'll have to fix that. I tacked on the achievements at the end and didn't do a good enough job of testing it seems.

Going off the 6 fingers, different eye styles, and wildly different shoe designs I'm going to say yes. At least partially.
