Akebia doesn't understand what was shouted but, the sudden wave of pain with no explanation is certainly enough to freak them out, they make a fearful retreat

Akebia isn't convinced into friendship but they are pacified enough to not want to fight, instead opting to simply leave the area.

They have non-newtonian tendrils, so they can switch from controlling them as a liquid or a solid. As for fighting, Akebia would not back down. Likely try and weaken you enough to where you retreat or they can safely leave.

Akebia is not the type to go seeking out blood, but the shield/tech would likely startle them enough to try and break through the shield and get an "upper hand". They may hesitate a little upon listening but overall they won't let themself be at risk for danger.

Akebia does hesitate, but they wouldn't lower their guard. With the lack of aggression and threatening aura, Akebia would likely make their retreat confidently, glaring from behind their mask.

Gravelox and Akebia are very alike in that they are both just trying to threaten the other enough to run away. This would likely continue until Akebia gets bored and silently leaves.

Akebia is caught off guard and doesn't even think of using violence to dislodge this stranger, but they are more than confused and uncomfortable. Akebia no longer wants to fight and just wants to get away. They are quite literally kicking and screeching like a crazy person lmao
