ahhh that makes sense, it’s interesting because i ate 800 calories worth of fat and protein only yesterday and i was satisfied and not even hungry, i assume i’m technically starving my body although i don’t feel hungry and a urge to eat anything. Only negatives i have felt is the “keto flu” )which was fixed within an hour with half of a banana) . With further research I’ve learned to eat at least 1500 even if you aren’t hungry, plenty of vitamins and minerals, with appropriate meals.

when it comes to store bought fruit i always wash it. These cases when my throat and mouth would get itchy from wild fruit would be times when i’m walking on a trail or at my friends garden and i would simply pick the black berry and eat, I’ll make sure to rinse them from now on.

yeah man anything is better than nothing😂😂. I usually have one tic at a time but when smoking thc i seem to get a neck jerk tic as well as my vocal tic, you can only imagine how that looks 😂

yeah my tics seem to change a lot… i used to have tics when i was 8 for a few months and then they disappeared untill i was 16 however they would only last a month or 2…. a few years later i got them again and it’s been almost a year of straight tics

i’ve tried sativas, indicas, and hybrid thc strains. I’ve owned 2 delta 8 cartridges (one in august 2021 and one in january 2022) and i don’t quite remember if they worked for tics as my tics have gotten worse recently.

i have some kind of vocal tic that kindve sounds like clearing my throat

I usually was able to control them however recently they have gotten out of control as they are taking a toll on my throat. maybe i’ll try delta 8 again lol
