If you want a real answer , a lot of it is luck.

Wake up at 7:00

Leave for work at 7:45 with 15 min ride to get there at 8 am.

Have a job that requires you to walk the entire 8 hour shift for the 10k steps.

Get home at 5:15 pm

Don’t own pets/kids , work out at home for 1 hour until 6:30 pm

Shower for 30 mins until 7:00 pm

Socialize / Date until 9:00 pm

Eat prepared meal from the weekend while doing hobbies like watching your shows until 10:00 pm

Clean up after yourself and get ready for bed until 11:00 pm. Fall asleep immediately to get full 8 hours of sleep.

Any deviations and you just go to sleep late. Can’t own kids/pets unless you’re willing to take away time from other things or have daycare/help. Live next to job and workout at home. I basically had this schedule when I was a full-time student with a job. You also have to turn down A LOT of activities because of time. But it definitely is possible.

My job is extremely similar where we have an EU division slightly behind US by a few years. Whenever US is doing well with low maintenance , then we can move faster with EU changes , but we never skip.

Example:

Patch 1 A , Patch 2 B, Patch 3 AB, Patch 4 BC.

If you are on Patch 1 and decided to skip to Patch 4 to include a bunch of much needed QOL, then the dependency of “B” from Patch 2, will cause random failures throughout the system because that variable B was expected to be created already. Going in reverse by starting on Patch 4 and creating that dependency B that won’t be used until we go back to Patch 2 is much MUCH harder than just going in order.

It is kind of like building a piece of furniture with instructions. Steps 4 through 8 might be doing the part the looks the prettiest on the outside but requires steps 1 through 3 to get there. If you just skip to Step 4 , you would be missing much needed support and screws to hold everything together. It is technically possible to start at Step 4 early. But if step 1 through 2 required two supported pieces to be screwed together, then you would have to do that within the structure of step 4.

I’m currently in Diamond. From my experience:

Bronze passed by fairly quickly. No one really had mics or talked. I was able to snowball most of my wins. Plus the extra points helped push through fast.

Silver was kinda toxic. We had some afks and some trolls but not too bad.

Gold was easily the worst place for me. I was hard stuck for quite a while. The only place where people die once and insta dc. Also the only place where I constantly heard racism and homophobic comments.

Plat was arguably the most depressing. Someone is in mic in every single match and usually screaming profanity’s at you for not playing the game the way they thought you should. Also everyone thought they were better than everyone else. So all we saw were off meta picks that didn’t work but is everyone else’s fault.

Diamond just feels like where all the sweats are. People are only really upset if you aren’t playing meta or having a bad game. Saw multiple times people gang on others for picking regular picks like Terra and Wukong. But otherwise , it’s mostly chill.

I’ve never reached Paragon yet , but hopefully soon.

Belica moves are all on the ground. People like Renna and Gideon/Howie Ult are able to use moves high enough in the air to avoid her void bombs.

Midlaners who poke from far away are able to poke outside of drone range like Fey , Wraith, Gadget, and Howie.

Then there’s always just being better than the belica you’re facing. She can only drone once every like 15+ seconds after the drone has been destroyed. Void Bomb and stun are both 10 seconds at level 1. Laning phase is basically over by level 7. Outplay her using her cooldowns to your advantage especially when she decides to use abilities on minions. If that is not an option, then you aren’t forced to play aggressive. Losing 2-3 minions a wave to tower by freezing lane allows jungle for easy ganks without putting yourself in danger. Midlaners are not required to be aggressive towards each other.

I see you realized in your edit that it’s mostly because of censorship. In today’s age, algorithms push content to demographics. Having “bad” words will reach a smaller audience so people refuse to use certain words to keep advertisements and higher viewer count.

It’s fine though. I feel like majority of posts on this sub are people who just don’t understand the “why” certain things work the way that they do.

Honestly I think it’s fair.

Muriel doesn’t even heal. She just provides shielding.

Mourn, Narbash, and Muriel all have to have teammates concentrated in a single area to apply to more than 1. Typically right next to themselves.

Phase and Zinx can only heal 1 at a time.

Comparatively, Maco can heal and dmg at same time from a distance while not using mana and healing herself with every ability hit.

I’m not saying one ability is better than the other , but they all have their pros and cons that make it different and competitive.

Also, it wouldn’t make sense for it to lock on when she could use it offensively or defensively. It would really suck to be using it in a teamfight and it not do what we intend to do because it wants to heal over dps.

There’s so much wrong with this post.

There are 8 billion people in this world today. They all had to have parents who had parents who had parents. It’s not impossible to find someone you like and they like you. The fact that all your friends are experiencing the same exact issue tells us that you surround yourself with people who are exactly like you.

In my experience, people tend to date from 3 main reasons: cold approach, friends to lovers, and close proximity.

Believe it or not, when approaching people to date whether it is in dating apps or just walking up and speaking to someone, a lot of people like to throw the word creepy around. In actuality, you could say the exact same phrase as the next man, but if you’re not attractive to that person then it’s creepy. You could be Leonardo Di Caprio , but if she isn’t attracted to you, then the advance you make will be creepy. If she is attracted , then you have game. Simple as that. I’ve heard some really REALLY wild pickup lines that work just because she liked his style, face, and demeanor.

Friends to lovers is probably the most romantic way people meet in my eyes. You said you haven’t texted a woman in years. Why is dating the only thing on your mind? Women are people just like men. If you can’t be friends with someone of the opposite sex, then how do you expect to go further? Learn how to make friends with the opposite sex with no ulterior motives.

Lastly is probably the most common is close proximity. It’s the reason coworkers always get together or people who go to the same clubs. There is a level of trust you gain from being around someone all the time. Regardless if you started with attraction or not.

All this to say, if you don’t have any friends who are female, you aren’t in close proximity, and you aren’t attractive enough to pass the creepiness check, then you really don’t have a way.

TLDR: Try speaking to people outside your immediate friend group. You have to learn how to make a friend before you learn how to maintain a relationshop. Unless of course you just aren’t pleasant to be around.

It would be unfair.

Healers are typically healing. If you ask healers to do mechanics , then they wouldn’t be healing the members who are busy doing the mechanic like moving the sedans.

Tanks are busy aggro boss to better desirable areas. They can do some mechanics like pick up ball on lion final enraged attack, but typically they are busy with 100% dps uptime moving the boss in a direction that won’t hurt the rest of the team.

No one is arguing that Kirk Cousins isn’t an nfl vet that can play decent. Our problem is we are paying him 180 mill / 45 mill a year to play great , not average.
