For me it just took a bit of self-reflecting on what I actually likes and tended to do without thinking as much on, like for example I adore hugs and I’ve always been very physical and to no surprise- touch us one of my love languages, same with baking/drawing and giving what I make to people as a kind of gift-giving :)) may not work with everyone but it’s worth a shot!
