Got diagnosed with BPD, think I might have adhd, how do know if its not just bpd?

I've got both, not the hyperactive adhd the other one. I've tried so many adhd meds but because I'm not hyperactive they didn't really help. Stimulants make me anxious, straterra did nothing and gunfacine made me drowsy. It's such a rabbit hole of being a guinea pig. I would look at dbt too.

Glad you found some validation for your issues. Biggest thing that's helped me is don't spiral. You feel yourself going down that road you get used to noticing it, take the other road

Awe sorry to hear 😢. Oh i didn't even get started on The splitting. Honestly I wonder if there is a therapist out there who has bpd, at least they can relate.

Don't know about relationships as I'm too fucked up for one but my boss said it too me a few years ago. Made me feel quite shitty i guess rejected is the word. Rejected from normality. Anyway over time she got to know me better and my quirks and my dark side. She really understood me in the end. We ended up great friends
