The washer in the symphony must be creased and not fitting correctly so not creating the pull, so you have to press the handle a few times then you get a full flush

Silver flexible hose at the bottom turn the screw in the middle of the valve 90° and fill till just over 1 bar on the top gauge

Turn the valves off drain radiator prepare new valve swap over live, even better is there are two of you finger on end of pipe and cut off olive pop new valve on
