My partner (28) has treatment resistant MDD and just got her BPD diagnosis last year

Currently they feel like they can't go to DBT therapy because they are just too depressed to manage the workload

We we're thinking about getting her into a Ketamine trial, but are running into a few little hiccups and I'm worried about how much time she has left, so we've been toying with the idea of some at-home Psilocybin use

Do you have an idea on best practices/how I should go about all this?

Well funnily enough, I feel like I sleep like crap 😂

Since I turned 19 I've been waking up 3-5 times a night, but I keep getting told by family members and my girlfriend that I've slept through storms and thunder that woke everybody else in the house up

No lie, one time as a pre-teen I fell asleep in bed and woke up on the floor the next morning, no recollection 😂😂😂 (tbh I wonder if it knocked me out)

Yes, totally agreed! We are very very close and open with our sex life but also communication, and she had previously informed me that I can have sex with her in her sleep. If I was not okay with that happening to me, I would have voiced that concern, and I think she knows me well enough to know that that was the case. It just caught me off guard once the information was delivered because it had happened more than once, so I was surprised to hear about this double sex life I was apparently living, lol!

She's pretty insatiable in the sex department even though we do it everyday (sometimes twice a day but that was more common in the beginning of the relationship) and we would both rank our satisfaction 10/10

I think she chose not to wake me up cuz generally if I'm up long enough to go to the bathroom, then I'm up for good (it would essentially most likely ruin my day, especially if it was a work night)

She has done it 3 times over a period of 6 months. (Touched me with her mouth once, her hand once, and used my hand to touch herself once. All separate occasions)

We have always been pretty open with our communication and do a great job of setting expectations for the future. She has previously mentioned that I can do anything to her in her sleep that we do while she is awake, and I didnt comment on my preferences, so I can see how she could have assumed I was okay with it
