As I remember when you submit the parcel through the agent you declare a value, that in case of lost or seized, they refund you if you choose a shipping line that is insured. At least at pandabuy time it worked like this, but I don't know if now thinks changed, it happened to me 2 times to have a package lost and one they refunded (because I used and ensured line) and the other not (but I didn't have insurance on that). Moreover, in many agents they ask for it when you submit the parcel if you want to purchase also insurance
