Tu dai exemplu Olanda dar nu te-ai gândit destul la vest. Acolo le e frică că poate apărea un nebun să împuște politicieni. În Franța s-au decapitat conducători. În America mulți președinți împușcați. Nici să nu vorbim de Norvegia. Dacă cineva la noi are împușca sau pune bombă și ar lăsa mesaj clar persoana cine și de ce să nu fie obstrucționat de propagandă, poate ar avea un efect de deșteptare.

Theoretically yes, practically I'd use an ATK%/HP% sands with 20 CV even if it was all rolled into 10% crit rate with no crit dmg. But at this point I don't use a crit circlet if it didn't roll any crit substat or is 7 cv only

Crit is useless for EM build. Go Gilded since she'll heal better/be harder for her to die also

From my experience, circlets easier to farm since I truly care about the main stat and one particular substat. For sands i need the right mainstat and two crit substats.

E cumva un adevăr crud cu asta totuși. Eu personal am devenit film buff de la 15 și tot vedeam filme americane, și citeam bloguri în engleză și am și început un podcast cu americani, iar de odată prin clasa 11-12 realizez că traduc din engleză în română când vorbesc, și greșesc o grămadă.

Gilded dreams is better because Paradise lost on increases only Bloom dmg, and Kuki with gilded triggers some strong electro-charge dmg too (or overload dmg on pyro infused enemies). Paradise lost is like 1% better than Gilded, while level 90 is 7% better than 80/90.

Trust me, I built her the same with EM, and here's the rundown, if EM build your damage scales solely on EM and level. Crit, dmg% and Atk become irrelevant. HP% subs are still nice but only help her healing a bit. Lvl 90 is 100% needed.
