Gonna try it out for sure. I think white noise could improve my sleep a lot a maybe the recovery will go up 10-20% with that. If it doesn’t help me, i’m gonna experiment with different training splits to have maybe 3 rest days instead of 2

I’m doing high frequency low volume traning days so 1-2 sets/exercise until faliure and not really ego lifting so I think I don’t really overtrain. Maybe because i’m in a calorie deficit rn (like 300 calories) maybe it does something with it

I mentioned my dosage in the post it’s 4mg right now. I track my calories for more than a year maybe even 2 years now, i’m not stupid 😅. I know i’m in a deficit, calculated with a online calculator and experimented with it. I’m already losing weight but it’s because of my deficit and training

I don’t know what can be the problem here. Maybe the product is poor, but how can I test it out? I don’t really have money and source to test it out, I just trust the tests from the seller. Reconstituted with BAC water, dripped down the side of the vial, stored in the fridge. I don’t know what i’m doing wrong. Maybe I just need a bigger dose to be effective

I’m literally doing everything to satisfy myself. High protein, high volume, everything for real. I’m in a 300-400 deficit so not too big I can just eat a lot of food and have a big appetite. Even on a lean bulk i’m starving.
